Right now, I am so into Decora, If you have never heard of it prepare to be stunned!!! Anyway, Its basically a street style originally from Japan. Its all about being cute and colorful with ALOT of accessories. Its not about being sexy and looking older. NOT AT ALL. Its about being cute and young and many decora girls wear colths the have made themselves. I really love this style and I'm going to start being decora! Wish me luck!

I am so excited!! I am taking a sewing class, and now, I am working on a circle skirt with ruffles anf tule on the bottom! And guess what? Summer trends as I see them:

long summer tank or halter top dresses.

I've seen allot of these on people and at stores. Note: I don't these recommend long dresses if you are short, cuz the will probably make you look shorter.

personally, I like short little dress with bunched tops!

And shoes:

Gladiator sandles. I see soooo many of these, and have a pair myself that i got cheap at walmart!

Sorry, I said I would keep you posted, but i didn't. Well not much has been going on, there was a dance yesterday. None of my friends would dance to it was kinda boring. oh well. But one new trend I've noticed is: Head bands, worn like hippie bands. Yup i've seen about five this week.

I have obsessions- allot. Hehe its one of my quirks!! Anyway, currently my obsession is corsets, or fake corsets that are more just tube tops! I really want one! I dont have much money and some of them are super expensive. So, I'm going to try and make my own!!! Wish me luck!!

So.... Happy February everyone!! I love this month because of Valentines day! I will you keep you posted on whats going on with me even though no one reads this blog! Hehehe! Anyway I also wanted to say that the other day, I went to this clothing swap and it was AWESOME!! I got some really cute dresses and a pair of jeans! FOR FREE!! They were clothes other people didn't know what to do with but didn't want to give away. I think I'll wear one of the dresses to my schools Valentines Dance! yay!

Fad is Fade without the E

Fad: Duck Tape- a ton of kids at my school use neon duck tape for things. Lots of people put it around their legs and backpacks. Its a little strange to me and I'm tired of seeing it on everyone, but I was cool for a little bit. I think its more of a FAd because already people are complaining about the mess it leaves on your cloths.

This many sound strange if you go to a school with a strict dress code. I have a few friends who had no idea what I was talking about.

Old is the New Cool

tip= Vintage. Vintage can be really cool. From some old pearl earrings to a fancy lace bow you could wear in your hair. Vintage is really cool because, really, nobody else will have it. If someone asks where you got it, you say "Oh, thing silly old thing? Its vintage." Lol. Try it out, in my town there are a bunch of Vintage stores, so browse around you just might find something awesome!!

Trend: Vests. I love the few vests I own! I generally wait till something goes out of style to wear it, but vest are so cute!

Dress It Up: To dress up a vest (in my opinion-IMO) you should wear it over semi tight jeans, heels (boots would look really cool), and a V cut shirt.

Dress It Down: IMO you should wear it with jeans and over a fitted tee shirt. If you wear it over a baggy tee, it might look a little odd. Also, you could wear it with a lace tank top.
